The Breaking Free mission is to educate and provide services to women and girls who have been victims of abuse and commercial sexual exploitation (prostitution/sex trafficking) and need assistance escaping the violence in their lives. Breaking Free primarily draws upon female volunteers who have "broken free" to assist exploited women in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area.

Breaking Free – Non-Profit Case Management and Non-Profit Volunteer Management

Breaking Free offers street outreach and intervention services, primarily provided by trained volunteers. They also provide ongoing counseling, housing, job training and emotional support to victims of sexual exploitation.
