“KOKA-FLC is currently in the process of using CTK to build additional capacity implementing a new application process, beginning with central intake and recruiting procedures. Prior to participation in any program, clients are entered into the CTK system, where applications, documents and fees are scanned and stored. Secondary program enrollment forms are created for each program that the family is interested in participating in. Once program enrollment forms are created, program reports and rosters are updated for program managers, and email notifications are sent out to front line staff informing them that new program participants have been added to their sites.”
