The Blogger's Choice Award
Ever fancied yourself a philanthropist? If you tell your non-profit blog readers about the Heart & Soul Grant, you'll be entered to grant YOUR favorite participating charity with $1,000 USD (courtesy us, of course). You and your blog will also be featured in a Podcast on our website and spotlighted in our media communications. After you register, visit the media page where you'll find the embed code for the video above, a sample blog post, a press release and more. Then, simply post at least twice about the Heart & Soul Grant between July 14 and August 15, using the embedded video. It's that easy!
About Heart & Soul Australia and New Zealand
Exclusively open to non-profits and voluntary organisations in Australia and New Zealand, this Heart & Soul grant requires applicants to channel their creativity and dedication into a short poem about their respective missions. Staff, volunteers, trustees, clients and donors are all invited to participate.
Sounds like a challenge? It's well worth it:
- The Grand Prize Winner will receive a cash grant of $5,000 USD and a professionally produced song inspired by their poem (which they can then use for public outreach and education).
- Connecting Up Australia will select another winner to receive a grant of $1,000 USD in CTK Foundation Funds.
- One dedicated social media maven (like yourself) will choose their favorite participating non-profit to win the Blogger's Choice Award grant of $1,000 USD. The more you tweet and post, the higher your chances to support the charity of your choice!
- Three Honorable Mention Winners will receive video podcasts produced about their mission.
- 10 organisations will win grants of $1,000 in Apricot technology.
