Interfaith Caring Ministries of Texas

Interfaith Caring Ministries (ICM) of Texas was founded in 1985 by a group of citizens and local area churches concerned with the area’s growing population of working poor families. ICM assists southern Harris and northern Galveston County, Texas residents who have a documented financial crisis. ICM serves over 4,000 families each year in services such as:

  • Emergency food, rent and utility assistance
  • Medical assistance
  • Mental health counseling
  • Vouchers for agency resale shops
  • Senior outreach program

ICM has been using CTK software since 2010. Alicia Gonzales, Director of Client Services says:

“First of all, thank you for giving me this opportunity to express to you how fortunate our agency is to have CTK.  The ability to create reports in a moment’s notice on just about anything one needs a figure for is so beneficial for our agency.  The time we have saved in filling out grant applications, answering board member questions, and just having updated information on hand is crucial to our donors and to our superiors.  We need to have this information and CTK is our avenue to make this possible with precise accuracy.”

CTK is dedicated to assisting users in using their software to maximum capacity.  Alicia Gonzales affirms this commitment: “The training webinars and videos makes a user like me feel confident in my work.  The customer service representatives have always been willing to assist me with any questions I might have and make me feel so at ease.  Thanks, CTK.  I know I still have a lot to learn and I am very excited about the future with CTK as our agency grows.”
