Five Organizations Sign-up for CTK’s United Way Opportunity Program
AUSTIN, TX, September 28, 2009 (www.communitytech.net) – Austin-based technology company, Community TechKnowledge, Inc. (CTK), today announced five new United Way customers. Each of these organizations chose to participate in an innovate economic recovery initiative, called the Opportunity Program, that was created to help United Way organizations affordably secure software that will increase accountability and capacity.
Participating United Way organizations include: United Way of Hunterdon; United Way of Lehigh Valley; United Way of Fort Lawton-Sill; United Way of Genesee County and United Way of SE Missouri.
Details of the program include waiving the activation and set-up fees (averaging about $15,000 per organization) for any United Way purchasing CTK’s Community Impact ODM (CI ODM) software before July 31, 2009.
The CI ODM is a grant application, allocation, volunteer and funding impact management tool designed specifically for all sizes of United Way organizations.
Kathryn Engelhardt-Cronk, President and CEO of Community TechKnowledge said: “CTK was fortunate to be in a position to make the Opportunity Program available to all United Way organizations—especially in the current challenging economic climate that nonprofits are experiencing across the U.S. I wish to extend a warm welcome to these five new United Way customers. CTK’s roster of UW customers now exceeds fifty and makes them, as a group, a formidable force for change in the development of powerful data management and reporting standards.”
