AUSTIN, Texas - April 28, 2011 - In a recent study, Community TechKnowledge, Inc. found that over 50% of their referrals were “word of mouth” - direct from current CTK users. Because of this finding, CTK has launched a campaign designed to ensure that customers receive the thanks they are due for spreading the good word about CTK Inc.’s award winning non-profit software and impact measurement reporting and services.
Beginning May 1st, current CTK users will have the option to participate in a referral program that can result in a cash “thank you” to the user and a significant donation to both the user’s nonprofit organization and to the CTK Foundation, the latter to be used to provide requested technology grants to NGOs in emerging economies.
“When a customer tells a nonprofit friend about CTK, we want it to be a win-win for everyone,” said Kathryn Engelhardt-Cronk, CEO and founder of Community TechKnowledge, Inc. “CTK feels a responsibility to live up to the expectations of our customers by providing high-quality HHS and advocacy software, as well as outcomes management to support all nonprofits… and we always do. Still, I felt we needed to show our gratitude to satisfied customers with more than a verbal thank you. We know how strapped nonprofits are these days, and it just seemed right to make a significant donation to the referring customer organization.”
The CTK Foundation Fund, supported by Community TechKnowledge, Inc. is also fielding many requests for donated software from countries around the world. The Refer a Colleague Program will also trigger a technology donation to one of these needy organizations.
