The Virtual Office features communication/collaboration tools including:
ODM Designer is a set of robust tools that allow the user to create, edit, and delete forms, categories, and programs, to set up and adjust Record Level Access, and to initiate Duplicate Checking.
The Report Builder is where customized reports are created by an Administrator. These reports can be quickly customized to reflect the reporting needs of various funders, government requirements, internal reviews, or whatever your agency or collaborative needs to report.
The Report Center houses all of the reports the organization uses for internal review and communicating to your funding sources. The intuitive interface of the Report Center makes it simple for non-technical users to find the information they’re looking for.
