Rosie came to CTK in 2003 with a BS in Computer Science and English, as well as technical support experience in the professional and academic sectors. Since joining the team, Rosie's ever-increasing knowledge of CTK products and outstanding customer support skills have made her a favorite with customers and led to her current management position. At present, Rosie is striving to master all things Apricot while retaining ODM and CI ODM expertise.
