Prior to joining CTK, Toby served in the United States Army, Infantry. He also earned a BBA in Marketing at Texas State University and worked at Dell, AT&T
and the Texas House of Representatives.

Toby volunteers annually with Rodeo Austin and is the President of his neighborhood Home Owners Association.
