Do you train our organization’s staff and volunteers in how to use our new Online Data Manager?
Yes, we provide an initial Train-the-Trainer session via Webinar. Online group trainings for the administrative tools are offered monthly to existing ODM, CIODM, and CAPilot customers for no additional fee. The ODM and CIODM Service Centers provide customers access to the latest manuals, helpful tip sheets, and sample forms. On-site and one-on-one Webinar trainings may be purchased as needed.

Does CTK provide service and support?
CTK provides ongoing support and service via email and telephone support 9:00a – 5:00p (CST) Monday through Friday.

If my organization gets a large new grant or suddenly grows, does this affect our Online Data Manager monthly pricing?
If CTK notes that a larger than usual number of records is consistently coming from your organization’s ODM database, CTK will contact you to determine if this is a one-time event or if your organization’s pricing should be adjusted to reflect a different Budget Level.

Does CTK provide service and support for Apricot?
For Apricot customers, CTK provides unlimited access to step-by-step online training tools, including videos and other interactive training modules. During the first 90 days after purchase, CTK provides unlimited Administrative User training and email technical support for the Administrator. Four (4) monthly person-to-person tech support calls for first 90 days. Additional training slots, email technical support, and phone technical support can be purchased as part of the Organization Apricot Fee Plan.
