Train-the-Trainer approach empowers internal staff
CTK training is aimed at making our clients autonomous; it empowers them to train their own staff, update their system as their organization grows and build reports as needs dictate. Using a “train-the-trainer” approach, CTK staff provides intensive training to our customer in the use of all of the products in the CTK Software Solutions Suite, including the administrative tools: Report Builder and ODM Designer.
