An Internet connection is all that is required to utilize CTK software and CTK acts as your IT department, providing 24/7 database administration, continuous backup, guaranteed security in both data transfer and storage and 100% disaster recovery.

Web-Based Data and Security
CTK guarantees HIPAA and Safe Harbor and international security compliance. All input data is the property of your organization and completely accessible to you at any time. No other individual or group has access to your data.

Data Retrieval
According to the CTK License Agreement, all of your data will be returned, in whatever form specified, within 3 business days of written termination notification, if all receivables are up to date.

Client, Agency or Funding Data Backup
Your data is continually backed up in ‘real-time’, ensuring complete and upstaged data storage and disaster recovery.

Disaster Recovery
Because your data is not held on your organization’s server, your Internet failure or other disaster will NOT impact your data storage, security or retrieval in any way.

Transferring historic records to a CTK software product
It is almost always possible to transfer data from an old database to your new CTK software, via provided import/export tools. Your CTK Account Manager will help you decide if you want to transfer data, what specific data you want to transfer and give you a bid on the additional cost of data transfer – bids are only relevant if your wish to receive assistance in data transfer from a CTK staff person, rather than transferring the data with provided tools, for which training is provided.

Using Required, Additional Database Programs for Data Collection
It is almost always possible to migrate ODM data from or to one or more databases using the CTK Data Import Utilities. Your CTK Account Manager will analyze your current database systems and determine the best and most economical way to move data on an ongoing basis. There is an extra charge for data migration services if not using the CTK Data Import Utilities.

Staff member and Volunteer Access to the ODM
Your System Administrator can delete, add or change access at any time. CTK will help you set up a system for this procedure.

Different Levels of Security-Based Program, Form or Record Level Access
The ODM provides different levels of security for different types of users. Your System Administrator has the security pass necessary to set (or change) access levels for each staff member or volunteer. Access can be set on the tool level or on the record level, depending on the needs of the organization.
